What is a Venus Flytrap?

A Venus Flytrap is in fact a member of the herb family.

Thay are carnivorous by nature and are able to digest small insects such as ants, earwigs, flies, spiders and pretty much anything that can become trapped within its lobes.

The latin name for the venus flytrap is Dionaea Muscipula, sometime i will refer to the herb by this term, sometimes i will use VFT as an abbreviation.
